Mist is a big bodied brindled red lined-back cow who has produced large colorful heifers for us that we are keeping as replacements. She comes from Safari B breeding. We love the shape of her handlebar horns and her overall look. She also has a great udder. Mist is our alpha cow and is regal and yet approachable. We feel like Mist encompasses what a true longhorn should look and act like.

3E Mist is a well-rounded cow. She maintains great shape year-round, is easy to work in the pens, has a nice udder, good feet and raises thick calves. And Mist is a very productive cow. Since her first calf, she has calved every year for us usually within 12-month cycles. We are retaining her current heifer and two other cows from her. And we were happy to find out her 1st calf, RO Misty Morning, placed 7th at the horn showcase for total horn at 105.25". Mist is exposed to DB Chard Fiddler for a spring 2025 calf. This genetic combination should produce a well-built calf with great horn potential.
